Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Erie Insurance Group in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address any inquiries or concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Provide support and guidance to clients on their insurance policies and coverage options - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for reporting purposes - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels - Reliable and driven personality traits with a focus on customer satisfaction - Demonstrate cooperation and creativity in problem-solving and relationship-building - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
