Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings, a leading medical device company, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive support.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and drive revenue growth - Provide product information and support as needed - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
