Job Description:

Fidelity National Financial is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring excellent communication and service - Address client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and drive customer satisfaction - Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client relations - Provide strategic input to enhance client experiences and drive business growth - Maintain accurate client records and documentation
