Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at iHeartMedia in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, have strong decision-making skills, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Update client profiles, track interactions, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Assist in the creation and delivery of client proposals, presentations, and reports - Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within client accounts

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Available to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
