Job Description:
Rogers Communications is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. In this part-time position, the Client Relations Specialist will have the opportunity to work in an entry-level role, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Assist in the implementation of strategic planning initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Conduct presentations to clients on new products or services - Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently - Experience in strategic planning and delivering presentations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
