Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at PPG Industries in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis, making it ideal for individuals seeking a work-life balance. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients - Assist with client onboarding, including setting up accounts and conducting training sessions as needed - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities - Attend virtual meetings and conferences as required

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual with a proactive approach to client relations - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
