Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Mistplay, a leading mobile gaming platform based in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
