Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data - Coordinate with various departments to provide solutions to client issues - Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts and process orders efficiently - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and planning soft skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of customer service practices and principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
