Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description: Toys “R” Us is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with no previous experience, who are resilient and hardworking individuals looking to gain valuable skills in client service and administration.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and returns 3. Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently 4. Maintain client records and update information as needed 5. Collaborate with team members to resolve any client issues or concerns 6. Complete administrative tasks as assigned by management 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and attention to detail 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 4. Analytical mindset and leadership skills 5. Resilient and hardworking attitude 6. Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection 7. High school diploma or equivalent
