Job Description:
WestRock is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must possess a strong sense of independence and energy to effectively assist our clients.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, both over the phone and in person - Assist with client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination - Assist in planning and organizing client events, meetings, and presentations - Conduct research on market trends and customer preferences to better serve our clients - Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
