Job Description:
NRG Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate about providing top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Maintain client records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality. 3. Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and escalations in a timely manner. 4. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client service. 5. Assist with planning and executing client events, meetings, and presentations. 6. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
