Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience and will provide an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with any inquiries, orders, or issues they may have - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client satisfaction - Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance client service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Experience in client service or a related field is preferred - Strategic planning and leadership skills are a plus - Must be dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional client service
