Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team at Export Development Canada in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or issues they may have - Assist clients in navigating our services and provide guidance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in our client service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
