Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Ecolab is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a confident and driven individual who possesses excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with product information, orders, and inquiries regarding services - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using our software or products - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
