Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at USAA in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Remote Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist clients with account maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously update knowledge of USAA products, services, and industry trends - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities
