Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service roles. We are looking for individuals who are driven, adaptable, creative, and cooperative to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and requests via phone, email, and online platforms - Process account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner - Communicate with clients to provide updates on their accounts and address any concerns or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our systems - Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex client issues effectively - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of products and services - Prioritize quality in all client interactions to uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of financial products and services preferred - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification an asset
