Client Service Associate

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our team in managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 3. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including conducting client orientation sessions and gathering necessary paperwork. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions to client challenges. 5. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, including analyzing data and presenting findings. 6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. 7. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong people management and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
