Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Clorox, a leading consumer goods company, is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in client servicing or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. 3. Maintain client records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. 4. Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Prepare and analyze reports on client performance and provide feedback to management. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
