Remote Client Service Associate

Core-Mark Holding is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at the entry level, with no previous experience required.

As a Remote Client Service Associate, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, updating customer information, and assisting with product orders and inquiries. You will need to be resourceful and adaptable in order to handle various client needs and requests effectively.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to manage client relationships effectively. You must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
