Client Service Associate

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve service and satisfaction - Use persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products or services to clients - Handle client complaints or escalations with diplomacy and empathy - Provide support for sales representatives in delivering exceptional service to clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong analytical skills - Persuasive communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
