The Client Service Associate at NRG Energy is a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. As a Client Service Associate, you will work from home and support our clients based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of requests and transactions - Assist clients with navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of complex issues - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and offer innovative solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for future reference - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient individual who can adapt to changing circumstances and handle challenging situations with composure - Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions - Strong presentation skills to communicate confidently and persuasively with clients - Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the energy industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
