Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team at PCL Construction. This is a work-from-home position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries - Assist in managing client accounts, including updating client information and tracking client interactions - Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth strategies - Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction by building relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, presentations, and proposals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client service or sales support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner - Resourceful and hardworking mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
