Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Amphenol, a global leader in interconnect solutions, is seeking a Client Service Associate to work from home in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely delivery of services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system

Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
