Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Client Service Associate to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client service role and possess a reliable, independent personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Conduct research to address client questions and provide accurate information - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve the overall client experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficient in conducting research and finding solutions to complex problems - Familiarity with CRM software and other client service tools - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
