Client Service Associate - Work from home

As a Client Service Associate at CMS Energy, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our clients in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Assist with organizing and coordinating client events or meetings - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and improve service offerings - Support the sales team with client onboarding and account management tasks

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home effectively - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate client needs and proactively address them - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
