Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

The Remote Client Service Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As a part-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, the successful candidate will be at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and effectively - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues that may arise - Analyze client data and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery


Requirements: - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service - Experience in the beverage industry or a related field is preferred
