Remote Client Service Manager

Trinity Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for our remote clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver actionable insights to the team - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and grow revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service management, with a strong track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Highly adaptable and creative in problem-solving
