Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join Western Digital as a part-time Client Service Manager based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and communications. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 4. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. 6. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and trends.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in client service management. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 6. People management and persuasion soft skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
