Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Cardinal Health is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Build strong relationships with clients and provide top-notch customer service - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive business growth and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client initiatives and projects - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management - Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Proven experience in a client service management role - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
