Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team at Sears Holdings in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a high level of energy, independence, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and address any issues that may arise. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to retain and grow client accounts. 8. Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management. 3. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 4. Energetic and independent personality traits. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
