Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Service Manager at Lithia Motors in Toronto, Ontario, you will be responsible for overseeing the client service and satisfaction of our customers. This part-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally - Manage a team of client service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in our services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Monitor client service metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions


Requirements: - Proven experience in client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills - Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
