Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Service Manager at Telephone & Data Systems in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a dedicated and confident individual who possesses strong leadership and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and priorities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement - Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss progress and address any issues or challenges - Manage client budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide timely and accurate reporting to clients on the status of their projects


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7 years of experience in client services or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to think critically and analyze data to drive decision-making - Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
