Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Lead client meetings, presentations, and trainings to enhance their experience with our products and services. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, taking proactive steps to address any concerns.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex client issues. 5. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
