Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual in Toronto, Ontario, CA is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager at the Associate Level. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting financial advisors in managing client relationships. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess a resilient and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication - Assist financial advisors in preparing financial plans and investment strategies for clients - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items - Monitor client accounts and ensure all documentation is up-to-date - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Provide support on special projects and initiatives as assigned - Stay current on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of financial products and services preferred - Resilient and resourceful personality traits
