Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Crown Holdings, a leading packaging company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and products to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions - Manage client accounts, including invoicing, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities - Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss performance metrics, strategies, and future goals - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to clients


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
