Job Description:
As a Client Service Manager at PG&E Corp. in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients. This part-time position, ideal for someone at a mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience, requires a high level of adaptability and independence to effectively manage client relationships.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments and provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Implement strategies to increase client retention and drive revenue growth - Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any potential challenges proactively - Lead by example and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in client service, preferably in the energy or utilities industry - Strong communication and leadership skills - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Independent and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
