Client Service Manager

Quanta Services is currently seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client services or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Developing a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions - Managing client accounts and projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met - Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients - Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing regular updates and reports to clients on project status and performance

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Personality traits: - Motivated to exceed client expectations and drive results - Independent, with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively

Soft skills: - Time management to juggle multiple client accounts and projects - Project management to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget
