Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and confident Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Newell Brands in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client accounts remotely and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client service management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus
