Job Description:
As a Client Service Manager at TravelCenters of America, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service delivery and overall satisfaction. Working remotely from home, you will work closely with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions. Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and maintain a high level of customer loyalty.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 2. Develop and implement client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients. 4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. 5. Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction metrics to continuously improve service delivery. 6. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our products and services. 7. Maintain accurate client records and documentation to track client interactions and progress.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and building client relationships. 4. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 8. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits.
