Veritiv, a leading provider of business solutions, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team based in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. We are looking for a candidate with a mid-to-senior level of experience, with at least 6 years in a client service or account management role.
As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and working to resolve any issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
Key responsibilities of the role include: - Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals - Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for growth - Developing and implementing strategies to increase client loyalty and satisfaction - Analyzing client data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about customer service, confident in your abilities to manage client relationships, and have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
