Job Description:


American Airlines Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop and present client reports and performance metrics to showcase value and ROI - Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients and generate new business leads - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client services to provide innovative solutions
