Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Navient, a global financial services company, is seeking a Client Service Manager to work remotely from home in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time, mid-to-senior level position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their service needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering exceptional service - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client service management - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Leadership and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
