Job Description:
NVR is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Manager to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client accounts and increase revenue - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or feedback effectively - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client relationships and account status - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client service or account management role - Proven experience in negotiation and strategic planning - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts concurrently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
