Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


J.M. Smucker is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Service Manager to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be resourceful, and have a knack for research.


Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and client needs - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client service management - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
