Client Service Officer

Job Description: As a Client Service Officer at Citizens Financial Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Montreal, Quebec. Your primary duty will be to assist clients with their financial needs and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals - Provide information and guidance on various financial products and services offered by the company - Process client requests, transactions, and account updates accurately and efficiently - Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to better serve clients - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate and handle challenging situations with confidence - Resilient attitude and the ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software - Knowledge of financial products and services - Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal)
