Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Process client policy change requests and update information as needed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly - Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options - Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current on industry trends and regulations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in English and French is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
