Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Tech Data in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and online communication channels - Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and requests - Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and opportunities to provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall client satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and client satisfaction scores

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Analytical mindset to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to a reliable internet connection - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems - Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required
