Job Description:
Masco is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and innovation to effectively communicate with clients and find creative solutions to problems.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver products or services according to client needs. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients. 6. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on client metrics and performance.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client service or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 4. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging situations with clients. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
