Owens & Minor is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining relationships with clients remotely - Providing excellent customer service and support to clients - Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Conducting research and analysis to identify client needs and preferences - Assisting in the development of client service strategies and initiatives
