Job Description:
We are looking for a resilient and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team at Navistar International in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Process client inquiries, orders, and requests in a timely and accurate manner - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and orders - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database - Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client engagement and retention efforts - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and trends - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasive and able to influence others - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
